Willa Dean Manning, age 77 of Canon, GA died Tuesday, December 27, 2005 after an extended illness. Funeral Service was held Friday, December 30, 2005 at 11:00 A.M. at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel, Buford. Rev. Denny Spear officiated. Interment followed in North Atlanta Memorial Park, Doraville, GA. The Family will received friends on Thursday, December 29, 2005 from 3 - 7 P.M. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Manning was preceded in death by her husband, Glen J. Manning. Surviving are Daughter and Son In-law, Glenda and Irvin Dutton, Hoschton; Son, Neil Manning, Canon; 5 Grandchildren; 7 Great Grandchildren; Sister, Sara Swearingen, Forest Park; Sister and Brother In-law, Rena and Ray Shoemake, Cumming; Several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
Mrs. Manning was a native of Lawrence County, Tennessee. She was retired from Trust Company Bank and a charter member of Dunwoody Baptist Church.
