Obituary of Martha Lou Hobbs Rosenbaugh

Mrs. Martha Lou Hobbs Rosenbaugh, age 73 of Buford, GA died Tuesday, November 22, 2005. Funeral Service was held on Friday, November 25, 2005 at 2:30 P.M. at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Rev. Danny Newbern officiated. Interment followed in Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens. The Family received friends on Friday, November 25, 2005 from 11:00 A.M. until time of service at the funeral home. Mrs. Rosenbaugh is preceded in death by her parents, Edwin and Dorothy Hobbs; Twin Sister, Margaret Highfill; Sisters, Ramona Crowder and Ruth Hobbs; Brothers, Paul Hobbs and Edwin Hobbs, III. Mrs. Rosenbaugh is survived by her husband of 56 years, Mr. Elmer Rosenbaugh, Buford; Daughters and Sons In-law, Diane and Eugene Brogdon, Loganville, Rose and Perry Lane, Panama City, FL, Robin and Rick Cubbage, Buford; Grandchildren, Melanie and Larry Charles, Russell Brogdon, Stephanie Brogdon, Monica Cubbage, and Eric Cubbage; Future Great Grandbaby, Charles; Sisters, Eva Ahland, Nancy Cruse, Alice Carpenter and June Cooper; Brothers In-law, Bill Crowder, Gary Highfill and Leon Carpenter. Martha was a beloved and generous person who was well known throughout Dekalb and Gwinnett Counties as a successful business woman. In the 1970's she owned a dress shop, Martha's Fashionatta in Tucker, GA. In the 1980's she owned Martha's Touch Flower and Gift Shop in Doraville, GA. Later she was an employee of the Waffle House in Tucker, Lawrenceville and Buford.
