Obituary of Doyle W. Aldridge

Doyle W. Aldridge, age 67, of Buford, GA died suddenly Tuesday, August 9, 2005. Funeral Service was held Friday, August 12, 2005 at 2:00 P.M. at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Rev. Danny Newbern and Rev. Paul Wade officiated. Masonic Graveside Service followed in Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens, Buford. The Family received friends on Thursday, August 11, 2005 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 9:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Mr. Aldridge is survived by his wife, Sara Aldridge, Buford; Daughters and Sons In-law, Debbie and Randy Lett, Phoenix, AZ, Donna and Tony Childers, Buford, Diane and Chuck Fisher, Lawrenceville; Son and Daughter In-law, Mike and Lisa Aldridge, Dahlonega; 9 Grandchildren; Sister, Olene Rosebrough; Brothers In-law and Sisters In-law, Perry and Mary Frances Youngblood, Buford, Ben and Runell Youngblood, Buford; Several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. Doyle was a native of Jefferson County, Alabama and had lived in the area for the past 35 years. He was retired from Tanner and Associates and a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church, Buford. He was a Veteran of the US Navy and served in the Korean Conflict, a member of the Masonic Lodge 292 F & AM, and a member of the Yaarab Shrine Temple, Atlanta. Doyle was a loving husband, father and grandfather and a devoted friend who will truly be missed.
