Obituary of Jimmy Alvin Barnett

Jimmy Alvin Barnett, age 55 of Buford died Sunday, May 15, 2005 after a brief illness. Funeral Service was held Tuesday, May 17, 2005 at 11:00 A.M. at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Rev. Brad Hendrix officiated. Interment followed at Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, Buford. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Embracing Hospice, 2160 Fountain Drive, Snellville, GA 30078. The family received friends on Monday, May 16, 2005 from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Mr. Barnett is survived by: Sons, Berrin Barnett, Loganville, Wes Barnett; Grandson, Taylor Barnett; Brothers, Joe Barnett, Snellville, Gary Barnett, Stone Mountain; Sister, Sandra Parks, Good Hope. Several Nieces and Nephews.
Mr. Barnett was a native of Dekalb County, GA and lived in the area the past 20 years. He was employed with ABF Freight Lines and a Shriner.
