My Dear Friend Gina,
I am so sad that you have moved on, but I understand that it was your time to leave us. I want to thank you for the many years of genuine friendship and love that you always gave to me. I could always count on you to be there for me during my darkest days (and months) as well as my brightest, most exciting days. We shared a lifetime of memories and I am forever grateful. I will remember you most for the laughter that we easily found when we were together - laughing until we literally peed our pants. I will miss that. I will miss you and your kind heart. I have donated to the Georgia Ovarian Cancer Alliance in memory of you, one of the best friends I have ever had the honor to know! I love you, Gina. Until we meet again...
Just want you all to know that I've been thinking of you and you have my deepest condolences. Even though I hadn't seen Gina in a long time, I will always remember her as a bright, fun personality full of life and sparkle. The boys and I are sending much love your way. ~Alicia, Kevin and Sean McElfresh
To my forever friend...so much laughter, so much fun,so much hope. Hope still lives as you will always be in my heart. May your family find comfort and strength in knowing that you are free from pain and with our Savior. Your light still shines bright in the lives you inspired and in us who loved you.
My deepest condolences for the loss of your dear loved one. While nothing will completely take away your grief, by meditating on Gods promises found in the Bible, you can find real hope and the strength to keep going. My family and I have found the scripture at Isaiah 25:8 to be especially comforting. Here it promises that God "will swallow up death forever and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces."
