Ms. Emily was always a beautiful woman and had the most calming effect when I was around her. She helped at Harmony school a lot of years and I remember Jill and I playing together. I always loved their beautiful yards on Wallace Road when they lived there. God bless each and every one of you and I pray God's peace and love will be wrapped around you every moment.

To R.C. and family, We are so sorry to hear about Emily. She was always so gracious and lit up any room she entered and had such a beautiful smile. To R.C. and Jill and family, Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers. Emily was very special to every one of us. We know that she is dancing around with Joy and having a wonderful time in Heaven. She was surely loved and will be greatly missed by every one who knew her. I don't think that there has ever been a woman who could give such stability, as my sweet Aunt Emily. Years ago she was strength to me and my family, and then when our dear Joy went to be with the LORD, so often, it was Aunt Emily who gave us strength and assurance that Joy was safely home. That is what I will long remember and deeply appreciate my Aunt for. I can't tell you how often she'd speak kindness of her daughter, Jill, and the love that she knew she was surrounded in by her granddaughters and her sweet husband, R.C. Their home would be always open to those who came. We lived a whole country apart, but when we talked by phone, she never made me feel far away from her...she was a light of love. Her sisters were a treasure to her, and she always would encourage us to keep family close. We will miss her, but know that she if free now, and that she is HOME.
