Obituary of Paul William Etheridge

Paul W. Etheridge, age 57 of Flowery Branch, GA died suddenly Saturday, February 25, 2012. Funeral Service will be held Thursday, March 1, 2012 at 1:00 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow Friday, March 2, 2012 at 11:30 AM at Georgia National Cemetery, Canton, GA. The Family will receive friends Wednesday, February 29, 2012 from 3-8 PM at the funeral home. Paul was preceded in death by his Children, Paul Evan Etheridge and Melanie Leigh Etheridge; Mother, Jean Lewis; and Grandmother, Melvie Adams. Paul is survived by his Wife, Phyllis Etheridge, Flowery Branch. Daughter and Son In-law, Carrie and Ken Combs, Flowery Branch. Grandchildren, Morgan Leigh Barron, Mack Combs, Maitland Combs and Melanie Combs. Father, Paul Arthur Etheridge, FL. Sister and Brother In-law, Terry and Robert Lee, Good Hope. Brother, Jerry Wells, CT. Several Nieces and Nephews. Paul was born in Hempstead, NY and had lived in the Atlanta area for the past 50 years. He was a veteran of the US Air Force. Paul was a loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother and Friend. Known as Papa by his Grandchildren, he loved and was very proud of each one.
