Obituary of Chelsi Shaunte Lewis-Smith

Chelsi Shaunte Lewis-Smith, age 16, of Buford, GA, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, December 7, 2011. She is survived by her loving mother, Melissa Smith; sister, Shareena Lewis; and her brother Tariq Smith, all of Buford. A number of other family members also survive. Funeral service will be held on Monday, December 12, 2011 at 6:30PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel, Buford. Pastor Jason Garcia and Pastor Mike Gaskins will officiate. Chelsi's family will receive friends Monday evening from 5:30-6:30PM at the funeral home. Interment will be held Wednesday, December 14, 2011 at Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens.
