Obituary of Matthew David Essex

Matthew David "Matt" Essex, age 36, of Dacula, GA died suddenly on May 10, 2011. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2011 at 4PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Rev. Duke Forrester will officiate. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 3-4PM at the funeral home. Matt is survived by his Children, Destiny Essex, David Essex, and Danielle Essex, McDonough; Parents, Tom & Margie Essex, of Clarksville; Brother & Sister In-Law, Mark & Tonya Essex, Bethlehem; Grandmother, Reba Foskey, Savannah; 2 Nieces & 1 Nephew. Matt was born on Febuary 1, 1975, in Ypsilanti, MI, and became a lifelong resident of the Metro Atlanta area. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, and a member of Hebron Baptist Church.
